Neil Rossetter Travel Services operates in professional partnership with Simplexity Travel. Bookings, ticketing, customer payment processing, and regulatory compliance (including ATOL and ABTA financial protection schemes) are administered under the appropriate licences held through Simplexity Travel.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Specific booking conditions, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and amendment charges vary depending on the chosen suppliers, airlines, luxury cruise operators, and hotel partners. Detailed terms are provided and agreed upon prior to final payment confirmation.
